Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

A supported therapeutic approach for insight, healing, and forward movement

Learn More About KAP

An integrative mental health service that combines ketamine medicine with psychotherapy before and after the dosing experience.

This approach is designed for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—especially when traditional therapy alone hasn’t brought the change they’re hoping for.

It is thoughtfully integrated into a therapeutic process that includes preparation, guided support, and integration so that what arises during the experience can be meaningfully worked with afterward.

Therapy before and after dosing helps support:

  • Emotional access that may feel blocked in talk therapy alone
  • Shifts in long-standing thought and behavior patterns
  • Processing of trauma and distress in a supported way
  • Integration of insights into daily life

What is it?

How it works

This service is provided in collaboration with Journey Clinical, who conducts all required psychiatric evaluations and prescribes the medication when appropriate.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy uses a legally prescribed ketamine medication alongside structured psychotherapy. Ketamine works differently than traditional antidepressants and may temporarily soften rigid thought patterns, creating space for new emotional access and perspective.

Medical care and psychotherapy remain distinct but coordinated, so clients receive both clinical oversight and therapeutic support throughout the process.

Important Information

  • This service does not include IV ketamine
  • Ketamine is prescribed and managed through Journey Clinical
  • Therapy sessions are provided through Wholistic Living Therapy
  • Safety, pacing, and consent guide every step of the process
