Clinical Supervision & Professional Consultation

A supportive space for growth, clarity, and confidence in your work

About My Role as a Supervisor

I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) and am approved to provide supervision for LMSWs and LGPCs working toward advanced licensure in Maryland.

I am EMDR therapy trained and currently pursuing EMDR certification. My approach to supervision is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in real clinical practice. I value thoughtful case discussion, ethical clarity, and supporting clinicians as they build confidence in their work.

Our work together may include:

  • Case conceptualization through a trauma-informed, client-centered lens
  • Thoughtful use of evidence-based practices, including EMDR and mind-body approaches
  • Navigating complex trauma, emotional regulation, and relational dynamics
  • Ethical decision-making and boundary-setting
  • Strengthening clinical judgment and confidence
  • Reflecting on professional identity, values, and long-term direction
  • Processing challenges in a way that supports insight and practical growth
